International Study Center
At the International Study Center you will begin learning career skills from the start of your program. Career development and academic advice will be an important part of your education, and when you begin your University degree program you will have the chance to meet potential employers.
Studying at Oglethorpe gives you great opportunities to grow your professional network. Being so close to Atlanta gives you access to the third largest selection of Fortune 500 companies in the nation, including Delta Airlines, UPS, CNN, and Coca-Cola.
The Oglethorpe A_LAB (Atlanta Laboratory for Learning) provides career development services. Advisors are there to help you find the ideal internship, career fair, or part-time job, so you can apply what you are learning in the classroom to the real world of work.
Oglethorpe University prioritises student success and is confident that the support and tuition they provide will mean students will always graduate within four years.
If you don't graduate in four years, having ensured you've maintained your responsibility to study and keep focused, Oglethorpe will enroll you in a fifth year of study for free so that you can complete the credits you need to finish your degree.
You'll pay no tuition in the fifth year for the credits you need to graduate as long as you meet the requirements of the Petrel Promise.
An international study program that offers a pathway to university, matriculating to the second year of your chosen degree.
